"DESCRIPTION"

Morphology: The plot is a polygon of trapezoidal shape, with no existing building.

Topography: it is developed on a surface that is intervened by earthwork work, it presents an irregular topography with a level difference between ends ofibodegas up to 4.0m.

Surface: The plot to intervene has a total area of 20,148.62 m2 approximately.

Hydrography: Does not have the presence of a cause of water. A system of surface drains should be designed to conduct the runoff waters outside the project. Likewise, they must project perimeter platforms of 1.00m wide to avoid access of rainwater to the foundation soil.
